FORT WORTH, Texas, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ --NationsBank of Texas, N.A., Fort Worth, Texas, as Trustee of the Cross Timbers Royalty Trust (NYSE: CRT) today announced that it expects to receive additional royalty income of approximately $330,000 or $.055 per Unit in December 1994. Such royalty income is attributable to suspended revenues received by Cross Timbers Oil Company ("Cross Timbers Oil") in a recent lawsuit settlement. The lawsuit had been filed by Cross Timbers Oil and other parties to recover from working interest owners the suspended revenues related to certain San Juan Basin overriding royalty interests in which the Trust has a net profits interest ("subject ...
