Feb. 13--With his trademark bolero hat and sunglasses, the guitarist and composer known as Esteban performs at the Mohegan Sun Cabaret Theatre Wednesday through Sunday. We talked to Esteban (born Stephen Paul) by phone from New York, while he was filming an instructional DVD for kids and adults who want to learn to play music. Q: Your first performance is on Valentine's Day. Anything romantic planned? A: On the Valentine's Day gig, it's going to be a lot of love songs.
