Feb. 10--In pride of place on the overloaded sports trophy table in Chip Goodyear's London office is a gold statuette of a cricketer executing a masterful forward defence -- not a bad effort at assimilation into Australian culture for a Texan who moved to Melbourne only eight years ago.
