SO EXPERTS have finally confirmed what sensible people already took for granted: an afternoon nap does wonders for your health.

According to a study by scientists, people who take a snooze in the afternoon are far less likely to suffer heart attacks and other stress-related diseases.

And - though the scientists do not say this - we snoozers are also better balanced, more cheerful, more creative and much more productive.

And by snooze I don't just mean a five-minute nap sitting at a chair or slumped on a desk - though even that is better than nothing.
