MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DECEMBER 2, 1994--DOMCO INDUSTRIES LTD (ME:DOC) 3072410 Canada Inc., a subsidiary of the French company Sommer Allibert S.A., has acquired 1,584,884 Common shares in the share capital of Domco Industries Ltd. in the course of its Take- over bid and has obtained the approval of the competent authorities.
Sommer Allibert now holds 5,275,639 Common shares in the share capital of Domco through its canadian subsidiaries 140019 Canada Inc. and 3072410 Canada Inc., which represent approximately 76.8% of the issued capital of Domco.
