New Contract Highlights Growing National Portfolio of Retail Property Services
MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Madison Marquette announced today that it will manage property accounting for Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota, the nation's largest retail and entertainment complex encompassing 4.2 million square feet with over 520 stores and restaurants. Madison Marquette's Minneapolis-based accounting team will handle day-to-day property management accounting duties on behalf of the MOAC Mall Holdings LLC, owner of Mall of America.
