German photo-processor CeWe Color buys Czech Foto Star, Polish Foto Classic

PRAGUE. FEBRUARY 15. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - CeWe Color Holding AG, Europe's largest photo-processing company, will acquire the Czech Foto Star and Polish Foto Classic for an undisclosed price as part of a strategy to consolidate its market position in Central and Eastern Europe, the German company said in a statement Thursday.

"CeWe Color is taking over the Polish industrial lab competitor, Foto Classic, Tarnobrzeg, who operates two photo labs, and Czech competitor Foto Star s.r.o., Teplice," the company said in a statement on its website.
