Feb. 15--Joy Bunting isn't scared. The prospect of facing a swimmer that's already qualified to compete in the U.S. Olympic trials elicits a different emotion in the Greeley West standout. "It's fun," said Bunting, who was selected last week as the Class 4A Northern Conference swimmer of the year by the conference members. "It's kind of exciting because I've got someone to race against and racing someone is always exciting." Bunting will compete in the 100-yard breaststroke against St. Mary's Academy senior Ellie Freeman in the state meet that begins at 4 p.m. today at the Edora Pool and Ice Center in Fort Collins.
