Feb. 17--LAKELAND -- Jupiter Christian won't successfully defend its Class 1A state wrestling championship. But that's OK because two-time state champions George Bancroft, Tommy Bennett and Carter Downs will compete for titles at the state wrestling championships tonight at The Lakeland Center. The Eagles, who are in fourth place behind leader Palmetto Ridge, didn't advance enough wrestlers to defend their title.
