Feb. 18--When Michael Bolton pays tribute to the late Frank Sinatra in concert Friday evening, the proceeds will help at-risk youths reach for the stars. Mr. Bolton, who has sold more than 53 million records and won many Grammy Awards, will perform songs from his new album, Bolton Swings Sinatra: The Second Time Around. The concert will raise money for two relatively new Dallas Summer Musicals outreach programs, Seats for Kids and the School of Musical Theatre, said Michael Jenkins, president and managing director of the summer musicals.
