PRINCETON, N.J., Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- CYTOGEN Corporation (Nasdaq: CYTO) announced today the execution of its collaborative agreement with the Radiopharmaceuticals Division of The DuPont Merck Pharmaceutical Company (DuPont Merck). Under the terms of the agreement, DuPont Merck will have the primary responsibility for manufacturing and marketing Samarium 153 EDTMP (ethylene diamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid or Samarium EDTMP) in the United States. In exchange, the agreement provides that CYTOGEN will receive from DuPont Merck upfront fees and milestone payments consisting of: an immediate payment of $1.0 million; $4.0 million from the sale of CYTOGEN restricted common ...
