Article: Experimental investigations of the existence of a local-time effect on the laboratory scale and the heterogeneity of space-time.

The main subject of this work is an experimental investigation of the existence of a local-time effect on the laboratory scale, i.e. longitudinal distances between locations of measurements from one metre to tens of metres. A short review of our investigations of the existence of a local-time effect for longitudinal distances from 500m to 15 km is also presented. Besides investigations of the minimal spatial scale for a local-time effect, the paper presents investigations of the effect in the time domain.
