Feb. 19--A small start-up airline that planned to offer nonstop service between the Lehigh Valley and Myrtle Beach, S.C., has grounded those flights before they began. Southern Skyways, which had planned to start service at Lehigh Valley International Airport on March 2, said on its Web site it has canceled all flights from LVIA. The airline also pushed back the start of flights from Cincinnati and Charleston, W.Va., its other two cities of service, from next month to late May.
