Tantoo Cardinal, the Canadian Indian actress who stars with Rip Torn in the film ``Where the Rivers Flow North,'' thinks it would be a hoot to send Marlon Brando to accept her Oscar. After all, he sent an American Indian woman to accept his 1972 best-actor award for ``The Godfather.''
