THe Government says it wants a debate about road pricing - and now it's got one. A petition on the Downing Street website closes today, having amassed the names of more than 1,600,000 objectors. The petition has been criticised for its negativity but the petitioners are not the only ones questioning the Government's plans to charge us for each mile we drive on congested roads.
