WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 8, 1994--Allied Capital Corp. II (Nasdaq:ALII) Thursday declared an annual extra cash distribution of 34 cents per share.
This represents a 54% increase over the 22 cents per share annual extra distribution paid by the company for 1993.
