Article: Members Launch Last-Ditch Effort To Stop Name Change.(University of Iowa Community Credit Union )

IOWA CITY -- Members of University of Iowa Community CU are scrambling to get the CU's board of directors to call a meeting for a re-vote on the proposed name change to Optiva that is slated to take place March 1.

At press time, the credit union was gearing up for a board meeting to consider the member petition calling for the revote.

The name change passed by a razor-thin margin of six votes.
