The tracker is a guide to the progress of Bills going through the UK Parliament that affect commercial organisations. It also lists some Statutory Instruments. This month it notes:
The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Bill continues to make steady progress through the system; it is now being amended at the Lords Report stage.
Similarly, the Legal Services Bill and the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Bill are progressing.
The Corruption Bill appears to have stalled for the time being.
Some provisions of the Consumer Credit Act 2006 come into force on 6 April.
