Feb. 21--COLLEGE WILL PRESENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SERIES: The Community College of Southern Nevada will present the six-session customer service certification series starting March 5.
Classes will run 6 to 9 p.m. Monday through April 16 at the Summerlin High Tech Center, 333 S. Pavilion Center Drive.
Michelle O'Hala will instruct, joined by Tim Schneider and Lisa Brown.
Class topics will include customer service basics and management, telephone skills, and tactics for winning and keeping customers.
