Feb. 22--More details were released Wednesday by Windsor Police about three separate accidents occurring early Tuesday because of heavy fog.
Two of the accidents forced the closing of Colo. 257 from 7th Street north toward Fort Collins for three hours. All the accidents happened around the same time, at 8:30 a.m., when heavy fog made visibility difficult. No charges have been filed, as all the accidents are still under investigation, said Windsor Police Chief John Michaels.
