Feb. 23--After a life-threatening surgery and nearly seven months in seclusion, Nation of Islam leader Minister Louis Farrakhan is expected to give his final address this weekend in Detroit, a speech that observers say will urge stronger unity among Muslims and signal the next era of leadership for the religious movement.
