Original Penguin signed pro golfer Aaron Baddeley to a three-year apparel sponsorship contract. The deal brings the Perry Ellis International-owned brand back to the world of golf sponsorship following a 20-year absence from the game. Baddeley was previously sponsored by J. Lindeberg.
Hong Kong-based Li & Fung Ltd. and Tommy Hilfiger said recently that a wholly owned subsidiary of Li & Fung will acquire Tommy Hilfiger's global-sourcing operations, headquartered in Hong Kong, for $247.8 million in cash.
