DALLAS, Dec. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Curtis Mathes Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: CRTM) announced today the establishment of CM Transportation, Inc. as a new subsidiary of the corporation. CM Transportation, Inc. acquired certain assets along with all operating personnel, equipment, and necessary licenses from one of Curtis Mathes' best freight companies. The acquisition gave the corporation immediate access to over 25 freight vehicles to ship Curtis Mathes products to its distributorships and dealers across the nation and in Canada.
