Feb. 24--This one could get a little trashy. Two former employees have sued Omaha garbage hauler Deffenbaugh Industries, saying they were harassed by a boss who walked around the office wearing women's underwear over his jeans. The women -- Janet Miller-Chaumont and Camille Nelson -- also contend that their boss had them falsify landfill weigh tickets in order to increase the amounts that Deffenbaugh charged some businesses. The lawsuit, filed last week in Douglas County District Court, seeks about $200,000 -- a combination of back pay for one woman and $45,000 for each woman's "hostile work environment" claim.
