Feb. 24--A Santa Clara County judge on Friday sentenced a homeless felon to 19 years in prison, five months after he capped a meth binge by lethally barreling his Oldsmobile into a popular cyclist riding through the Palo Alto hills. Moments after learning his fate, a shackled Chevelle Bailey blew kisses to his crying 6-year-old daughter while deputies led him from the courtroom.
