WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 3, 1995--Texaco Inc. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Alfred C. DeCrane, Jr., announced today that William C. Bousquette is joining Texaco and will serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective January 27, 1995. Bousquette currently is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tandy Corporation.
As Chief Financial Officer, Bousquette will report to DeCrane and assume oversight responsibility for the Comptroller's Department, Finance Department, Risk Management Department, Tax Department and the Investor Relations and Shareholder Services Group. He succeeds ...
