PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Homelessness is a problem that takes its toll on individuals, families and most of all children. Today, homeless children are the fastest growing segment of the homeless population. In fact, a recent U.S. Conference of Mayors reported that homeless families now account for more than half of the entire homeless population, and the numbers are growing.
