A CABBIE had two teeth knocked out after a passenger repeatedly punched him in the face before smashing up his vehicle.
The young thug attacked the taxi driver after he had driven him around Birmingham for almost an hour.
He had been picked up outside New Street railway station in the city centre, at about 1.40am last Sunday.
The passenger first asked to be driven to a cashpoint at the Tesco Express, Longbank, Selly Oak, and then to another cash machine at the Halifax, in New Road, Rednal.
