ATLANTA, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- National Data Corporation (NYSE: NDC) today announced significant increases in second quarter earnings and revenue. 
Earnings for the second quarter increased by 36 percent to $3.52 million and $.26 per share.  This compares to $2.58 million and $.20 a share for the same quarter last year. 
Revenue increased by 18 percent to $59.8 million compared to $50.9 million the second quarter last year.  It was the fifth successive quarter of revenue increases.
