FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 15, 1994--Burlington Northern Railroad today announced that retiring Rep. Al Swift (D-Wash.) and Arthur "Skip" Endres, former Majority Staff Director, Subcommittee on Transportation and Hazardous Materials, House Energy & Commerce Committee, have been appointed vice president, government affairs, and assistant vice president, government affairs, respectively.
