CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa/HUDSON, Fla., Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Personal Safety Corporation of Cedar Rapids, Iowa announced today the acquisition of the assets of Phaser International Limited of Hudson, Fla., combining two of the most successful companies in the personal safety products industry.
The combined company's products, many of which are proprietary, are marketed primarily under the Secure(R) and "Pepper Defense(R)" brand names and can be found at leading drug, sporting goods, home center, hardware, lock and general merchandise outlets nationwide.
