Feb. 27--Q After reading about trying to find the San Jose ordinances regarding trees on the city of San Jose's Web site (Action Line, Feb. 13), I wanted to make it known that the city's Web site is in horrible disrepair. Try looking for information about the city's anti-graffiti program, for example. It used to be prominently located, but now you have to wade through a number of broken links before you come to any information on the topic at all, let alone how to report graffiti.
The search engine on the city's site is completely useless. You'll find many items unrelated to what you're looking for while the main page for ...
