MELROSE PARK, Ill., Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Total Control Products, Inc., (Total Control) announced today that it has terminated its efforts to merge with Nematron Corporation (Nematron OTC Bulletin Board: NEMA.U). Total Control decided to withdraw its merger proposal of Oct. 27, as reaffirmed on Nov. 4, after concluding that the parties could not agree on the reasonable parameters of how negotiations should be conducted.
