A Black New York Transit police officer recently filed suit against that city for a whopping $50 million, citing a shooting by a fellow officer which left him critically wounded last Aug. 22.
The New York Post reported that sources close to the wounded officer, Desmond Robinson, 31, said he will argue that New York Police Department officer Peter Del-Debbio--who mistakenly shot Robinson--should never have been certified to carry a weapon because he is missing the tip of his index finger.
