At least 150 Paradise Valley Hospital employees have signed a petition pleading with the California attorney general to approve the sale of the hospital to Prime Healthcare Services Inc.
Meanwhile, a former chief executive officer of Paradise Valley. Fred Harder, is expected to deliver a revised offer to buy the money-losing hospital this week.
Harder organized a group of doctors to buy the hospital, but the current owner, Roseville-based Adventist Health, has maintained that its contract with Victorville-based Prime is "binding."
