Mar. 1--One of Manchester's best-kept restaurant secrets is sporting a brand new look.
With its curved facade of pale yellow wood, butterscotch walls and colorful paintings, the newly reopened Culinary Arts Center at Manchester Community College is both an inviting space for diners as well as a training ground for budding chefs and restaurant managers in the school's culinary and hospitality department.
