Grosse Pointe-based Bon Secours Cottage Health Services said it expects a sale of its Southeast Michigan facilities "within several months,'' but wouldn't say who bidders may be or identify a definitive timeline.
Crain's first reported Jan. 24 that Bon Secours' Detroit area facilities were for sale.
Ilene Wolff, media-relations specialist for Royal Oak-based William Beaumont Hospitals, said a confidentiality agreement prevented her from elaborating on the system's interest in Bon Secours.
