Mar. 1--Q I received a ticket from San Jose's photo radar program and I have not yet paid it. Whom should I contact to nullify it? . . . I've received two tickets. How can I get a refund? . . . I got a photo radar ticket about four years ago, and it cost me about $300 and a day in traffic school. . . . I got one of those B.S. photo tickets for doing 32 in a 25 zone. That is ridiculous.
