Mar. 2--Bucks County officials are rebidding the county's proposed 911 center relocation project after its first round of construction bids came in over initial estimates. County Chief Operating Officer David Sanko wouldn't say how much the bids exceeded the county's expectations, but he said some fairly minor changes were made to the bid specifications to cut costs. "It came in over what the estimate was to construct it," said Commissioners Chairman Charles Martin. "We are hopeful they were going to go back and look at the project to get the costs in line."
