Mar. 2--When the snarling Sandra Bernhard was last in Chicago--almost five years ago--the wide-mouthed rockstar-slash-alternative-comedian wasn't in the mood to suck down anybody's second-hand smoke. "You don't love me, you hate me," she told her audience at the Park West nightclub, in between kvetching, a dozen times or more, about the number of her alleged fans who insisted on lighting up and blowing smoke in her face.
