Mar. 2--A plan to develop state land at Lake Texoma was back on track Thursday after commissioners of the Land Office approved an agreement that would split 750 acres into two parts, breaking off a portion of the land that is tied up with a federal lease. At a special meeting, commissioners presented Pointe Vista Development LLC with a plan that will allow the development group to purchase land north of U.S. 70 in Marshall County and begin construction on home sites, high rise condominiums, a restaurant, an 18-hole golf course and hiking trails.
