Warren Miller spent the winter of 1947 living in a tiny trailer in Sun Valley's parking lot. Warren remembers that he skied 100 days and spent $18 that season. Duplicating that feat today would be harder than finding a nickel pay phone, but overnighting in a parking lot, or at least an RV campground, is not a bad idea. Recreational vehicles, both trailers and motorhomes, are ideal for skiing.
