Two new studies from RISI focus on Chinas wood products and wood fiber industries. The studies are intended to help producers, end users of wood products and wood fiber, and financial analysts to better understand the potential impact of those industries on their own businesses. According to Bernard Fuller, RISI vice president for wood products, China has become the fastest growing consumer of lumber and panel products while their domestic supply of wood fiber has steadily declined.
