ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Actions speak louder than words. Although, people say they're shaping up their diets, bodies and sleep habits, one of every two people sabotages fitness benefits by skimping on sleep.
In a new survey conducted by Bruskin/Goldring Research for the Better Sleep Council, 88% of adults say nutrition, exercise and sleep are equally important for good health. Half (54%) report they exercise regularly. But they don't give sleep the same priority. In another BSC survey conducted last January, the same number of the population (54%) confessed that they don't get enough sleep.
