PLAINVIEW, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 11, 1995--Aeroflex Inc. (NYSE Symbol:ARX), announced today that it acquired the net operating assets of Lintek Inc. for total consideration of approximately $1.3 million, a portion of which is dependent upon future earnings.
Lintek is the technology leader in instrumentation radars and ultra high speed data acquisition and analysis for both commercial and military applications. Current products include radar cross section and antenna pattern measurement systems, and surface penetrating radars.
