DALLAS, Jan. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Curtis Mathes Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: CRTM) announced today that it has sold its computer components division, Southwest Memory, Inc. to a group led by Southwest Memory employees. The terms of the contract have not been disclosed.

Company executives have stated several reasons for selling Southwest Memory, Inc. First, Southwest Memory's computer components business has become less of a match in the Corporation's strategic outlook for the future.
