NEW YORK, March 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Grey's Anatomy star Kate Walsh is working with the Narcolepsy Network on the national campaign to increase understanding of narcolepsy. Narcolepsy is a serious 24-hour sleep-wake disorder that affects approximately 200,000 people in the U.S., the majority of whom are undiagnosed. Walsh, best known for her recurring role as Dr. Addison Shepherd on the Golden-Globe nominated series Grey's Anatomy, is featured in a series of public service announcements released this week that encourage people who suspect they have narcolepsy to see their doctor.
