NDTA was contacted by the 330th Transportation Battalion last September, seeking assistance on improving Host Nation Trucking within Afghanistan. We assisted in arranging for Clark Hall, Landstar's Vice President for Government Transportation Services, to provide the requested assistance. Following is his account.
