Mar. 8--While down substantially from its peak in 2001, the pace of development in Bucks County remained fairly steady in 2006, with Richland and Milford townships among its fastest growing communities. Richland ranked third in both commercial and industrial development proposed in 2006, while Milford led the county in the total number of acres under development in the Bucks County Planning Commission's annual activity report, released Wednesday.
