Mar. 8--As an outsider, Brice Bible watched as Ohio University reeled under a series of incidents in which hackers lifted personal information from campus computers. Now, as an insider, he will call the shots on continuing to secure OU computers from outside attack and improving service to students and the faculty. Bible, 45, was introduced yesterday as OU's chief information officer, starting April 16. He will be paid $210,000 in the first year of a five-year contract.
